You wanted to know the types of questions I use when hiring BBs.

1. Tell me how you acquired your SSBB skills? (4 week class?, experience, education (formal and follow up), certs (ASQ), project types and number, etc)

2. Walk me through your most recent BB project. (establish confidentiality). Look for project mgmt components, statistics utilized, savings, team, how implemented, and how controlled.

3. Project you are the most proud of and why?

4. Easiest part of a project?

5. Hardest part of a project?

6. What are your strongest SSBB skills?

7. What are your weakest SSBB skills and how are you addressing?

8. What personality traits do you possess to make a SSBB project successful?

Based upon experience, business culture, and SS expectations/needs you can easily determine what are "good" answers.
